So excited to have this guest on - Dr. Arun Upneja, the Dean of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration since 2013.

Dean Arun is a forward-looking strategic thinker with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style. As Dean, he has embarked on a transformational change in SHA with a heavy emphasis on industry-relevant research combined with increased rigor in the classes and the additional of graduate degree programs. He has devoted his career to serving as both a practitioner, innovator and teach of hospitality administration with many credentials and awards for his work and research.

I was thrilled and honored to be invited on his podcast and speak to his students last fall in Boston.
